Shipping Policy for RevoChrome
Thank you for choosing RevoChrome. We strive to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience for our customers. This Shipping Policy outlines important information regarding the shipping of our products.
1. Shipping Destinations
We currently offer shipping to different locations. If unspecified or unable to check-out from cart please contact us at admin@revochrome.com to inquire about special arrangements.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days of receiving payment. Estimated delivery time varies depending on the delivery address. Delivery times may change during busy periods. However for the majority of orders we estimate a 1-2week shipping time.
3. Shipping Methods
We only ship during business days and usually do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.
Shipping methods and delivery times may vary based on your location. The estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline and are not guaranteed.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and your location. The shipping cost will be displayed at the checkout before you confirm your purchase. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations, and these are the responsibility of the customer.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to track your order's delivery status. Please allow up to 2 business day for the tracking information to be updated.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
RevoChrome is not responsible for delayed, lost shipments or damaged packages caused by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, natural disasters, or postal service disruptions. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it and/or file a claim with your respective shipping carrier.
7. Change of Shipping Address
To ensure the accurate and timely delivery of your order, please provide a complete and correct shipping address at the time of purchase. If you need to make changes to your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at admin@revochrome.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request within the first 7 days of order placement, but changes are not guaranteed once the order has been processed.
